Failed to install ,Please download Adobe Support to detect the problem.

Hi guys

I have a problem with installing Master Collection CS6, itb gives a window pop up that says "Failed to install,please download Adobe Support to detect the problem". I downloaded it and gave me an error when i install. I also ran Creative Adobe Cleaner but nothing changed, I once installed it and uninstalled. I am using Lubuntu, therefore i am using wine to install it. Any advice or help that you can give me
