Failed to update Photoshop and Lightroom

I was trying to update both Photoshop and Lightroom but failed, it says "Error Code 301", I've read the posts but none helped solve the issues. Is there something I need to do? I am using Mac with macOS Cataline ver. 10.15.7

 

Anyone who could help? Thanks
