Failed update installation

About 2 weeks ago an update for the Create Cloud Desktop app was taking place. It stalled at 43%. I tried several times.

I contacted Adobe, after several hours of the tech trying to solve the problem he said he could not. He would escalate the issue. After a week I contacted the "chat tech" department and to no avail, they were going to send me to the senior techs to solve it.

Today after 2 weeks the update still doesn't install and we suffer without it. Most of the programs seem to work but are much slower and I am unable to access libraries and fonts on many.

I am using  Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, version 10.0.17134 Build 17134.

the Adobe Techs and I tried many of the remedies this string suggest but nothing worked. [Re: My Creative Cloud installer crashed at 43% and disappeared every time I try to install it. ]

If anyone has had the same problem and knows how to fix it, I am all ears.

Which error message do you get? If possible post a screenshot.

Then we can try to say more.

Adobe and I have tried several installations. They used all sorts of cleaning programs, downloads and installs, creating an admin account and installing, and who knows what else. Nothing has worked yet.

The error code is code P4.

adobe fail on Vimeo

Video of what happens.

Please note I have tried downloading the file and installing and just installing from internet and get the same problem. Also Adobe has tried to use an admin account and install by download.
