Failing to download because it says a Beta version

I have tried to download Photoshop CC multiple times but it always fails, and says that I already have a Beta version installed even though I already uninstalled anything having to do with Photoshop.

Hi there Jeff,

I believe I'm using Windows 7. I just tried using it and no luck, it still tells me that their is a Beta version installed.
