Failing to install Creative Cloud Desktop on Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I am currently running OS X 10.10.01 on a Retina MacBook Pro 15 inch from late 2013.

I've tried removing all adobe files in both ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe and /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe, but can't seem to fix the issue.

I have also run the adobe creative cloud cleaner tool multiple times to no avail.

Yes, I have and it still does not seem to work. Do you have any idea as to what's going on?

Rukmal_w you mentioned that you have contacted our support team.  Do you have a case number which I can reference?

Also as Sam.am asked do you receive any specific error messages during launching or installing the Creative Cloud Desktop application?
