Failing to validatae authentication key

I have recently purchased Premier Elements 14 upon trying to install It keeps telling me I need to connect to the internet to validate my code. I am connected to the internet and can use my internet for anything else , however it will not connect to authorise my software any assistance please

    1)Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and look for file named hosts inside etc folder.

    2)Copy the hosts file to Desktop and open the same with notepad.

    3)Check  whether you can see any Adobe related entries inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc??
