Failing Update Lightroom

Question

Hi, everytime my Adobe products (Lighroom & Photoshop) updates, it uninstalls and re-installs.

But now Ligroom classic isnt re-installing, it says update failed due to duplicate file - please remove file... when i go to adobe file in C: drive and try to delete Lightroom folder it says 'Location is not available - access is denied' ???

I am behind schedule now as i have been trying to sort this... but i am stuck!!
