Failure to install

I'm having a little issue installing Fuse. Please help.

Jeanette, here are the two files with a new DLM.log. I had to try the download/install again. PDApp.log didn't have info from that date anymore.

Thanks for the files, Jeff.  I've moved to the Creative Cloud Download & Install community to hopefully get some more targetted support since I"m mostly familiar with the Fuse product, not the Creative Cloud download/install errors.

From what I can see, the PDApp.log is showing "OOBElib returned error: 1" during installation.  However, there's no official documentation for this error I'm seeing.  The closest thing is this post:  Unable to Install Apps Following Reinstall of CC  where a user had to uninstall and reinstall his OS.

Hi Jeff!  Can you please look for a few logs for me?  If you can send via dropbox, weshare, google drive, etc, that'd be great!

We're looking for dlm.log:

Windows: \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp\AdobeDownload\

Mac OS: /Users/<user name>/Library/Logs/AdobeDownload/

and/or PDapp.log:

Windows: \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp

Mac OS: Users/<user name>/Library/Logs

We're you able to find the PDapp.log?  According to DML.log the last download was 5/5.  Your forum post came in 5/6 so assuming it was for that attempt, but the log lists the download attempt as successful, so the installation error isn't happening during the download portion.  The PDapp.log might have more information.
