Hi

I've just bought Photoshop but I'm unable to install on my laptop. I use Windows 10. I have Creative Cloud installed on there already but I only subscribe to Adobe Illustrator (under a different email)

1. unless you have a good reason to have two different adobe id's, change one of your adobe accounts so they both use the same adobe id (=email), https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/create-update-adobe-id.html

2. after that's complete, check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect (ps and ai) and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

3. sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

4. install ps using the cc desktop app, if it's not already installed.  if the install fails and there's an english language error message, embed a screenshot in your reply.

I'd also suggest you don't have 2 Adobe products installled on the same computer that are associated to different accounts (different email). Confirm if this is the case. How are you installing Photoshop?

You wouldn't want to subscribe under two different emails, surely? You can only be signed in to one account at a time, so you would be able to run Illustrator OR Photoshop, you'd have to sign out of one account, and sign in to the other account.

Anyway, what do you mean by "unable to install", please? What messages do you get?
