Failure to update my billing info
Good day,
I am trying to update my information but it doesn't save it, there is a message that says there is an error everyday this week! it is unacceptable, because i am trying to pay my fee and then be able to cancel in time (the 14day period, so i dont have extra 50% cancellation fee) and today that ends..it's ridiculous. There's no e-mail adress i can send this to, and i do not have the time to be over the phone for this. What's the solution for this?
