Failure Update Photoshop CS6 after changing from Trial-Version to Cloud Plan: "Error log file location:/Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers". After downloading the Update Files via Adobe Application Manager and installing 100% the Failure Information appears.

You should be able to only remove Photoshop.  For the purpose of resolving your current difficulties it maybe worthwhile to remove all Adobe Creative software.  Certainly if you do choose to only remove Photoshop and continue to experience difficulties updating then please remove all installed Adobe Creative Software.

Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, reinstall, try the update again.

    Thank you for the answer.

I hoped there is a solution without the timekilling backuping, deleting, cleaning, reinstalling, updating ...

    However, i will try it.

But, one important question: is the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool deleting and cleaning ALL Creative Suite Software or can I only choose Photoshop?
