fata error captivate 5.5

Whenever I open captivate 5.5 I keep getting: " A Fatal error has occured and the application is being terminated". I tried renaming my prefereces and uninstall and reinstalling.  Still getting the error?

    try resetting your preferences by holding down shift-ctrl-alt (win) or shift-ctrl-cmd (mac) while starting captivate.  if done correctly you'll see a confirmation dialog.

    if that fails, uninstall, clean and reinstall following the steps here, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

    Hi – I tried it and it didn’t work. Here’s what I get after the install completes
