Fatal Error 120

I'm trying to install the last version of Lr classic but it gets to 2% then come up with a download error. I click on it and it says that I don't have enough disk space. I've got 19 GB of memory space. So I click on more information and it comes up with this:

Can someone help me to figure out with this?

In one place you say "download" and in one place you say "install". Which is it?

I don't know how much space the download or install of LR takes up, but if you have 19GB free, that doesn't sound like enough.

I HAVE 140 GB BUT PHOTOSHOP AND PREMIERE PRO COME WITH THIS ERROR
