Feedback on upgrade process for Premiere and Photoshop Elements

I have purchased the last few versions of the Premiere Elements and Photoshop elements bundles.  I mark this as a question in case I am missing something but I think this is mostly feedback.

1) I pay once price but have to install two separate products, I think this could be simplified.

2) I would automatically renew, if it were an option

3) If automatic renewal were an option, I wouldn't have had the experience of purchasing 2018 only to have 2019 roll out a week later.  I really feel ripped off right now.

4) Why don't my updates just roll into my current version?  Now I have to download the new version, install the new version and uninstall the old version.  That is tedious and unnecessary.

Adobe delivers some great tools, even for amateurs like me.  Please make them easier to own and maintain.

To answer your last question first, a dot update ( 2018 to 2018.2) is incremental usually with bug fixes or some other minor improvement.  It's merely added on to the existing software.  Whereas an upgrade from 2018 to 2019 is a totally new software version.  Some people like to keep older versions for compatibility reasons.

Premier Elements &  PS Elements are separate software products.  Because you ordered the 2 product bundle, you paid a lower price.  However the installation routines are different.  Some people actually prefer to do video editing on a separate dedicated computer.
