jag får felkod 41 när jag laddar hem uppgradering till PS CC, orsak?

I got the error code 41 while downloading upgrades to PS CC, why?

Kindly try the below mentioned steps.

MAC

  1. Launch Activity Monitor
  2. Search for AAMNotifier and quit it.
  3. Initiate the update.

WIN:

  • Launch Task manager.
  • Search for AAMNotifier and quit it.
  • Initiate the update.

I know this is an old thread but as evidenced below its a problem that has not gone away. I'm stuck in error 41 hell. I have installed all CC19 apps, its just photoshop that will not install. Adobe support couldnt even tell me what error 41 was and what the critical file is it needs access to. Thier advice was to buy a new computer. Brilliant.

what are your computer specs vis-a-vis those required by ps  cc 2019, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

 

and why are you installing an older version of ps?

MacOS Mojave 10.14

32GB RAM

2GB nvidia GPU

 

CC19 is the latest Adobe provides offline installers for. The ‘official’ versions (current plus 1 previous) from CC app won’t work on my machine. I’d love CC 20 or 21 but they won’t provide that despite many many time pleading to customer support. They’ll still take my $70 every month though, they have no problem with that.

but i need to install bridge cc2019 if i update the CCloud i still can to install cc2019?

I'm getting this same error code. :/ I'm still looking for a solution. I know I've had a problem installing the Creative Cloud update in the past (on my old computer) but I can't remember if it was the same error code - or what I found the solution to be.
