How does one secure an ebook file that one wrote so that only a single person can open and it cant be copied or printed or distributed online?

Don't put it online, Set a strong password on your computer, don't send it out to anyone, don't let anyone else but you read it.

You have a publisher provide it on their shop (or pay the 5-6 figure license for DRM software yourself). Of course it can always be duplicated somehow if it's worth the trouble.
