file size for smart object

I have a photograph that I layered a smart object onto..picture of a tablet for a mockup, and I need to save it under 20 mb and keep the image a decent size. When I saved the photo it came up to 50 mb and putting it in a zip file would get it to about 40. Any suggestions on how to save this file?? 🙂
