File Syncing Error - But my file names are OK?

This is really frustrating to begin with. I have to rename all my files just so they'll upload to Creative Cloud (I don't have to do this with any other cloud software - yet I pay 85$ a month for this and I can't even use it). 

I've added files to the cloud, they will not sync because I'm getting an error saying the File Name has special characters. There are no special characters in my file names, there's no extra spaces at the end of the file name. No matter what I do to the file name it will not upload - even removing everything but one word and zero spaces, sill not uploading. 

Has anyone resolved this issue? Rather than post the Adobe page explaining the error, can someone offer up a solution to this problem. I have a hard time understanding why I need to edit my files names simply to upload to the cloud. This is 2020 and no other software requires this. I shouldn't have to spend hours renaming my files simply to use your service that I pay for each month.
