Files left on my desktop after install...

Can I delete?  They are named Data1, 1031.mst, 1033.mst, 1036.mst, ABCPY, AcroStan, setup, setup and WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.  None were there before the install, and I don't particularly want my desktop cluttered with this temporary junk.

    If you have installed the software and the application is working then ofcourse you can delete these files but be cautious , Do not remove the files that are yours and needed by you.
