Files missing for installer for CS6 download - Windows

I have downloaded both files, the .exe and the .7z.
I have made sure they are in the same directory, I tried it on my second drive, I tried adding.exe to the .exe file, I tried running as admin, I tried downloading on various browsers, I made sure the files do not have a (1) or (2) in their names...

In short, I have been on this forum for hours and tried all the fixes people said worked, but I am still getting the error message. What else can i do?

I have never seen what you show here, where can I find that page? I downloaded the .exe and the .7z files from my adobe account > plans and payment > products. In there there is a button to download Master Collection. That is where I got the files from. It gives multiple options for diffrent regions/languages and I chose the ones that corresponds with the one I initially bought.

Please show the two screen shots I asked for.

What error message? Please show a screen shot of it. Also, show a screen shot of the folder where you put these two files. Before taking that screen shot be sure file types are shown: 1. Go to View > Options > Change folder and search options. 2. Click View. 3. Find "Hide extensions for known file types" and switch it OFF.

The error message is in swedish so im not sure that will help. Roughly translated it is "The file archive of cs6 Master Collection is missing. You must have all files in the same folder if you want to extract cs6 Master Collection. Get all parts."

Ok, thank you for the translation. But we still need the other thing. Also, show a screen shot of the folder where you put these two files. Before taking that screen shot be sure file types are shown: 1. Go to View > Options > Change folder and search options. 2. Click View. 3. Find "Hide extensions for known file types" and switch it OFF.
