Finding it impossible to download product

I have been attempting to download Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium for three days on a brand new IMac. I have moved this gigantic computer to another location with a faster internet connection and it will still not completely download. I have attempted this with Safari and Firefox without success. Safarie downloaded 3.39 gigibytes of the 4.5 of the binary file and stopped . Foxfire is attempting to download the the dmg now.

Does anyone have any guidance for this? Can anyone provide me with a telephone number to call Adobe? They have none on their site and this is making me angry. I have spent $2000 for a program I can not access and have no means for contacting the company.

Any technical assistance will be appreciated and a telephone number would make my day.

Thank you, Deepak. If Firefox doesn't complete this download (it is about halfway through) then this will be invaluable information.
