first download i can only istall trial version. Why?

Ideally after purchasing the Creative Cloud Subscription, the download should not show as trial. There could be certain situations which are showing the applications as Trial.

• If you are observing the Download Trial in the Explore Adobe desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud page, I would request you to make sure that you are logged in with the adobe ID on which you have purchased the subscription. Once you are logged in with right adobe ID, it will recognize your subscription and will not show trial anymore.

• If you have installed the applications in your computer and then they are showing as trial, you may refer to the instructions on the link below.
