Flash CS6 unable to use flash professional features in flash basic

I don't know why is this happening i reinstalled flash 3 times by now and nothing works it all started when i upgrade to windows 10 from windows 8.1 because flash was lagging a lot when i upgrade to windows 10 i had that messege showing up and all it did was that my filter window wasn't working anymore last time when i updated to windows 10 i didn't have this problem
