Flash Player DOWNLOAD WEBSITE DOESN'T WORK PAST PAGE 1 of 3

I cannot DOWNLOAD Adobe Flash Player, because the DOWNLOAD page will not proceed past the first of 3 pages for the download. What's wrong, and how can I proceed to in fact download the Flash Player?

When I get a message prompt to upgrade Adobe Flash Player, and attempt to do so, I get to a page that says "Step 1 of 3"  ( http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ ), and then I click "Install now" on that page, but I do NOT get sent to page 2 to continue the download, and the INDICATED link from the "Install now" button is just " http://www.adobe.com/ ", which is, obviously, NOT the continued DOWNLOAD page.

I don't see that this is anything but a WEBSITE problem, but in case it's somehow specific to my system, it's running:

Windows Vista 32bit, Firefox ver. 25.0.1

I am attempting to download the presently current version of Adobe Flash Player, 11.9.900.152, and I have ver 11,9,900,117 currently installed and functioning.

I have to assume that many other people must be running into this problem, from the fact that the displayed url for the "Install now" button does NOT seem like it's correct for continuing to download, so therefore a WEBSITE problem?

Any help would be appreciated.
