Flash won't install

After a computer crash, I can't get Flash to install.  When I try to install it, the website gets to 'initializing' then stops.  On some occasions, it has downloaded 6.00 MB, out of ~50.4 MB. This doesn't show up in 'All Programs', but shows up in 'uninstall'.
