Folder location where?

Which folder location do I specify for extracting downloaded photoshop files in.  Origionaly has selected in c:\users\myname\desktop\Adobe Photoshop Elements.  Seems that need to be in program files?

    create a downloads directory for all your downloads.

    in that directory create a photoshop cc (assuming you're dl'g ps cc) directory in your downloads directory.  download ps into your downloads>photoshop cc directory and extract it there.

    whenever you download a file, follow the same steps.
