Font Problems in Adobe Creative Cloud update.

Good morning to everybody.

We had a fonts problem on the platform after an adobe creative cloud update on a user's computer. The operating system is Windows 10 Enterprise x64 release 1709 and the product is the Creative Cloud Desktop 2019. The user tells us that after an update he has disappeared 4 fonts (Helvetica-Bold, Helvetica-BoldOblique, HypatiaSansPro-Regular, Myriad-Roman) that were located in the installation of Windows 10. We need to know if a Adobe Creative Cloud update can make fonts disappear and if at the time of updating the product, there are some recommendations before carrying out the process.
