Fonts - Mac to PC

I have a load of Mac CS6 fonts that I would like to import into my windows 8 pc also running CS6, is this possible and if so how do I achieve it? Thamks in advance.

    TTF and OTF fonts should install without any problems. Simply copy the files onto a USB stick, move them over to the PC, install them via the Fonts system control panel.
