“Hi, my system doesn’t meet the requirements for After Effects 2024 or 2025.
Can you please provide me the official installer for After Effects 2023, since that’s the latest version my PC can run?”
Adobe offers only the current and one previous versions of their applications. After Effects 2023 is no longer available for download. Sorry, but you are out of luck.
