For some reason I have programs installed but they won't show!?!

Can someone please help me fix this problem, and can we try do it without reinstalling please, my wifi installs in bytes speed.

Your first screen shot shows a folder called Adobe PS 2020 but the second screen shot shows that PS 2020 has NOT been installed. In the CC DTA PS 2020 has the button below it to Install it. If it was totally installed the CC DTA would show a button that would read Open.

So you only have one option. To Actually Install the programs you have a Subscription to.

 

Creative Cloud is just a name. You still have to fully install the program you want to use on your computer.

 

I suspect the original install of PS 2020 was stopped or failed in some way. So there is only one option and that is to do the install again.
