Forced to purchase in a different country setting - help!

My Adobe profile has always been registered and set to Hong Kong, but the website forces me to purchase the Photography (Lightroom/Photoshop) package as if I'm a U.S. citizen.  I don't have the benefit of calling US toll free to change my country (which I've never chosen as U.S. to begin with) since I've always been in Hong Kong!
