FORMULE QUI NE CHARGE PAS

J'ai acheter la version d'essai d'Adobe Podcast et je peux resilier à tout moment sauf que depuis 1 semaine bientôt mon compte ne charge pas, la rubrique "formule" ne charge pas. De ce fait, je me retrouve bloqué avec un paiement qui va bientôt avoir lieu alors que je veux procéder à sa rélisiation.. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider svp ?
