Me di de baja del servicio el 12 de mayo, he comprobado que me siguen pasando los recibos mensuales de “Adobe Acrobat Pro”, para colmo, al intentar cancelar de nuevo me indican que debo pagar una penalización. No encuentro manera de ponerme en contacto con nadie de Adobe para resolver esto.

    I see that your AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription was canceled on May 12. However, the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription that started on May 16 remains active, and the charges you're seeing are associated with that subscription rather than the AI Assistant plan.

    If you cancelled in May, you should have an email confirmation. 

    Check your spam folder.

    Make sure that you cancelled Acrobat Pro and not something else.

    did you cancel ai for acrobat and fail to cancel acrobat itself?
