Fraudulent charge

My American Express card  was fraudulently charged $25.46 on Sep 24th, 2019 with the following description. "ADOBE *EXPORTPDF SUB Adob".  I did not authorize this charge nor do I have any monthly or annual subscription service with Adobe except for my monthly Photography Plan (20GB) for $10.81/month. Please advise and credit my account for the fraudulent amount.  This seeems to be a common problem with many other Adobe customers.

with amex you can go online to amex's website and dispute the charge.  it's quick and easy.

i've done it 4 or 5 times in the past decade or two, and amex has always resolved the issue in my favor, and while they're investigating, you are not responsible for paying.  it usually takes them about 4 weeks to finalize their decision.

Export PDF is an online service that costs $1.99 per month for unlimited document conversions.  If what you say is true and your card was indeed compromised by a 3rd party, you need to contact your bank immediately to have charges stopped and a new card issued.
