Free 4 months subscription with Seagate Drive

I subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Lightroom etc). I have just purchased a Seagate External Hard Drive which has 4 months free Creative Cloud subscription. I'm not sure if I need to cancel my existing subscription and uninstall programmes or can I  just suspend my payments for four months?

you can cancel, but if you have an annual plan, you will be charged a penalty.

 

or you can add the 4months to your current subscription and extend it.
