I had to format my computer so first I Uninstalled my free student version of Adobe Master Collection CS5.5 (also deactivated). Later wanted to Install it again so I went thtough my university profile and then it directed me to the adobe page which is for downloading Master Collection. But it was CS6 now so I downloaded and I gave my license ID but did not work! What should I have to do now?

Thank you

You should be able to use the steps listed in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 to download an older version.  I would recommend making a couple back ups so you have access to the install files in the future.

Are you downloading the install files from your University?  Have you contacted them?

It is not install files. it is a serial code for mac and a link to adobe master collection page which I have to download as trial and then use that lisence key. If it helps I am a student of Academy of Art University at San Francisco.

    Thanks for replying me
