Free Trial "An Error Occurred"

I just made an account using my school email. Made the account, entered the card, downloaded everything, and then I attempted to access the free trial of InDesign. I've restarted my computer, tried installing/re-installing, opening, closing, logging in, logging out, etc. Nothing is working. I can not access the free trials. AND I can't buy them either, because when I choose the buy option instead, it says that it's already in my plan and I can't purchase it again. Please help me, I'm at my wits' end.
