Free Trial Expired Within Minutes

Good day.

Today I decided that I was going to try a free trial of Photoshop. I had tried a free trial of Indesign a few months back and decided I was going to use that definitely. I wasn't sure that I wanted to get in on Photoshop so I click the Free Trial button to test it out. It said I had a 7 day trial which was fine. I had planned on putting it through the ropes.

I finished a very small project which I was very pleased with the outcome. Awesome. I closed out the program, went upstairs to show my wife the finished product on my tablet, and decided I wanted to try something else that was simple. I go to open it and…free trial expired. Now, either there's either a new definition of 7 days that I'm not privy to or my trial just expired within literally minutes of using it. That's not nice.

Is there a remedy for something like this happening?

Thanks ahead of time.

Umm, I'm not sure why there's an assumption that there's something wrong with my computer because there isn't. How about there's something wrong with the software and service because there were no error messages? I just looked at my Adobe Cloud and it said it was expired.

I'm pretty reticent to do anything with the software at this point since I see that this is a recurring issue with many other people. If I can't test run it and have to jump through hoops to do so, I'll pass.

Thanks for the response though. Appreciate it.
