Free trial for illustrator

Why cannot get the 7 day trial and it says my trial is expired and i only just created an account for the trial, Everything else work except the illustrator.

Please help

Naglaaa39251303, sorry you are unable to evaluate Illustrator CC. If the software has already previously been evaluated, on this computer, then the trial will not be possible. If you have never utilized Illustrator CC then please contact our support team at Contact Customer Care to see if the trial can be extended.

Basically you can’t, whatever happens. You can rent it for a month for $30 and CANCEL BEFORE ITS DONE.
