Free trial of indesign does not meet the minimum system requirements

Question

I have worked on installing a free trial of indesign for about 2 hours now and have updated, cleared space, deleted apps, and others things and i am still getting a message that says This computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for InDesign CC. Please refer to the system requirements in the Help documentation for a full list of hardware and software requirements for InDesign CC.

I don't know what else to do and when I looked to see if my macbook air is comparable it says it is.

Hi Abbyb81697946,Sorry that you are having trouble installing the latest version of InDesign CC on your machine as it says that your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements.Could you please let us know the operating system of your machine with its version.Meanwhile you may check the minimum system requirements for InDesign CC here: InDesign system requirements.Awaiting your response.
