Free Trial - Won't Run / Stuck

I'm running Windows 8.1 and have LR 4.

Downloaded the CC free trial of LR and ran the installer and now I just get stuck in the launcher.  Any ideas?

The Photoshop_Set-up for the free trial is not running, need help finding out why the file is not running.

I suggest to completely remove and reinstall LR CC.

You can use the Uninstaller utility as well.

Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application
