free university membership

i am a student at Lincoln university, and was told the uni had a partnership with adobe, where i got three years free Photoshop/ creative cloud programs. however my programs have uninstalled and expired after just one year, i need them urgently for my third year of study and would appreciate some direction as to how to get them?
