i had a trail version of cs4, it was expired, i buy new, but i says trail has expired... help

    Hi,

    Kindly provide more information.

    Which CS4 trial did you use?

    Which software did you purchase?

    If it is the same as your CS4 trial then at the time its prompting you that the trial has expired there should be an option "I have a serial number" which all you need to do is enter the serial number of your software.

    If it is for another version then you need to uninstall the trial and install the version of the software that you purchased.

    CS4 full version, on starting up premiere or after effects it just says expired and quits programe

    Hi,

    You may need to uninstall all CS4 programs installed on you computer. Once done make sure to remove all adobe folders that was not remove and reinstall your CS4.

    Most likely premiere or after effects is unable to carry out the license of the suite for a lot of possible reasons.
