From trial to cloud-subscription - apps still expired
I tried some adobe apps for a week on my pc. Now I have a full cc- subscription on the same account. Online in my profile, I can see it is correct. We also received the invoice.
But why do my apps still tell me my trial has expired and I have to buy the application? I logged out on several places (apps, creative cloud start screen, online...), but nothing works. I would like to use my apps. How to do that? Uninstall everything en reinstall? Really???
