Frozen Lightroom download

I have purchased the photography pack (with lightroom and photoshop) and my downloads keep freezing. I have only been able to see my Lightroom download and it always freezes. I wait hours or a day or so for it to unfreeze and no luck. This has been happening since May 2020. I removed the download and reinstalled but no luck. I need this for my photography class.
