I have have circling around and waste for more than 30 minutes to find help or chat with customer service. when i ev\entually get rid of all obstacles to get into live chat, what I have got is to wait for a moment .... then 15 minutes gone, and my line is dropped. So have to restart again, my whole is gone for struggling around.

I just would like to ask a very simple question on renewal of my subscription, as simple as changing my credit card for payment, and what should I do?

Man o man, this adobe website is bigger and more complex than a black hole or the universe! I just want to say that I've just found how much easier it is to view a downloaded document on Google files as opposed to adobe acrobat.Anyway ,sorry adobe but I'm cancelling my sub and google files will do just fine for ever for me.Personally, acrobat has become way too complex and it's lost its user friendliness.Thats all,Don't care no one's going to read this and that's life.

I did log in my menbership before I started to look for assistance, but the experience is horrifying and painful. I have to spend my whole morning just to search for the function of live chat. Sometimes error message pop up and some times went back to the start. After successful I still to struggle to wait patiently for busy assistants to respond. Eventually I have quit and spent another 15 minutes to cool down. Total Failure Experience.
