Full HardWare requirements - Whole suite + Substance

Hello everyone.

Please, can someone tell me what would the full hardware requirements for the whole Creative Cloud + Substance suite are?

I saw the requirements page, but I have problems "merging" all the requirements for each App in a "master" requirement spec, so, please, can someone give me advice?

Or, maybe, can you suggest a Brand/Model Windows PC to buy for the CC+S?

Premiere Pro is most demanding

P.S.: Or, maybe, just tell me which CC App is the most demanding, so I can stick with its requirements.

I'd say look at Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop which would have the highest spec requirements.
