Question

Fuse download stays at 0%

I've been trying to download the preview of Fuse for a couple of days.  I am using the regular CC installer on Win 10.  When I hit the 'install' button the app moves to the top of the installer window and it seems to start installing.  My incoming data monitor tells me that a great deal of data is being downloaded (in excess of 5Gb at present) but the download amount stays at 0%.

I though it may be a glitch with my desktop, but my laptop does exactly the same thing.

I've tried forcing a stop to all Adobe services and then re-starting the download; I've tried to access the download via the Fuse page on the Adobe website, but the result is the same.

Any ideas?

Fuse installer size is comparably bigger when compared to other CC apps . 3.7 GB will be downloaded to Temp folder.

Clear Temp folder and try again.

    Still same ??

    Try Direct download link :>

Well, I tried all that Brucgovn suggested, but to no avail.  The Prodesign download you suggested would have worked eventually I guess, but for some reason my connection to the site was extremely slow--the estimated download time was over two days!  (The rest of my downloads were all at normal speed.)  Tried the Adobe Creative Cloud UI again, and it remained on zero, so I gave up.

When I returned to the computer next day, Fuse is on my desktop and works fine.  So either something WAS happening, or I have a good fairy that fixes things while I'm asleep.  The worrying thing for me is that when I look at the problem logically, the most likely answer at the moment is the fairy.

But thanks for your help--it was most appreciated.

Can you sent over that fairy please? Im struggeling with Fuse since we switched to CC 3 months ago, poking it daily to install. Often it stays at 0%, but It was at 13% one time. Also canceling the 0% results in Canceling… until I reboot my mac.

I tried the ddl, but Fuse comes without installer, and its a Fuse_2015_1_UE.7z, while the Installer borrowed from PS wants a Fuse.zip as payload. So, whatever ProDesignTools is doing, it doesnt work for me.

Our company is about 22 kbit/s, so it should be approx 30 mins to download 3.99 GB.

So, please Adobe, gather some information, why just my Fuse installer stays at 0–14% and why it could not Cancel.
And host a install dmg for c sake, if your downloader is full of flaws – I assume the 0%-bug from January is fixed.
