Fuse problem downloading model

Hi How connect my fuse to creative cloud. Beacause i face an error when i sent to maximo that "Error connecting to Creative Cloud. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet and logged in to Creative Cloud." Otherwise i connected to the creative Cloud
