Which OS are you using?

Fuse won't work on  Mac OS Catalina.

As stated above by Adobe Employee, Jeff Wright, Fuse development ended last year.  Fuse doesn't exist anymore and was removed from Creative Cloud.  Sorry.

Suggest you ask the Mixamo community what other people are using now that Fuse is gone.

Good luck!

No, Beng12438918, I am sorry, but the only way to run Fuse will be to downgrade the operating system installed on the computer.

Beng12438918, Adobe Fuse, has been in beta since 2018.  I would recommend you look into a different solution for your 3D modeling needs. For more information see https://helpx.adobe.com/beta/fuse/faq.html.

Beng12438918, please check the install and dlm logs to determine why Fuse is failing to install. For information on how to locate the fatal errors see  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.
